Energy is everywhere. Here, we’re not only talking about technologies and about energy that’s a creation of mankind. It is everywhere. It’s in our body, in our food, in all the flowers and trees, in water, and in the immensity of our universe.

But for the last 100 years, energy has been used to the detriment of our species. The human kind is evolving every day with the development of new technologies that are supposed to make our life better and easier, but this development require the use of energy that destroys us on the other hand. It almost sounds like a vicious circle with no end and no exit.

So, while in one hand, our governments, researchers and ecologists fight to find a solution to reduce air pollution, in the other hand, we are trying to find a way to do our part in the rescue of our species.

There are very easy things that every man jack can apply on a daily basis to help with energy conservation. And this is why the motivation should be general. And it’s easy !

What about the over-illumination ! Of course, we cannot control the over-illumination of cities… but our house illumination…

What about getting energy star appliances. They might be slightly more expensive… but in the long run, you can save money and do good for the energy conservation.

What about energy efficient landscaping. Especially since we’ve noticed a dramatic drop of the sea level and the extinction of some species. Why using water to sprinkle our lawns when you can have a wonderful desert landscaping that doesn’t cost a dime in water, and doesn’t cost their life to some species, including human kind.

What about recycling our everyday packaging in order to help the reuse of plastics, glasses and paper. It’s within everyone’s reach. It might seem restrictive, but it’s not even a factor compared to the value of our own lives !
